Emergency Support

 

Emergency service is defined as service of an urgent nature where the client requires immediate assistance.

A response system with voice mail is available to take messages from clients after hours. Typically, urgent calls are responded to within 15 minutes or less. Officially, these calls will be responded to within two hours.

An after hours surcharge applies to work performed outside normal business hours. Time will be accrued at 1.5 times the normal rate during non-business hours on weekdays and at two times the normal rate for weekends and for service provided that is of an emergency nature.
