Engineering Support

Amos Data Systems offers a special hourly rate for customers who wish to purchase blocks of support time and who are able to pay for the labor in advance. A block consists of 10 or more hours billed at the engineer level, as most labor falls into this category. Block support can be used for phone support or on-site assistance. All block hours may be used for a period that expires at end of the second calendar year following the purchase.

Regular Rate

$150/hour	Engineering Rate
$100/hour	Technician Rate

Discounted Block Rate

$120/hour	Any work performed by a Network Engineer. Any network/server related issue, even if the work is performed by a PC technician. This can be project related or general support.
$80/hour	Reserved for non-urgent support, scheduled in advanced and handled by a technician. This generally includes workstation set-up or installation/replacement of workstation components.
