Maintenance Contracts
Contract Service Plans are designed to provide hardware and software service and support for network and peripheral systems. Amos Data Systems will provide administrative on-site and phone support for issues involving the local area networks (LAN) including servers and network operating systems, and the wide area network (WAN) infrastructure connecting the LAN to the Internet, including all network hardware components. Amos Data Systems will also schedule one meeting each quarter for technology review and planning.
Amos Data Systems will provide a technical staff member on-site on a combined fixed pre-scheduled and general on-demand service basis, between Monday and Friday, 8:30am -5pm (not including holidays).
The days will be scheduled two weeks in advance. All prepaid hours in excess of the scheduled hours will be accumulated for as needed project-specific or on-demand service. These extra hours must be used within the contract period. Hours requested in excess of the contract commitment will be billed separately at our standard block hour rates.
